Not only has this lorry been caught on camera breaking this electric barrier, but it is also trying to sneak off with the evidence. BIG MISTAKE! If only they had put it in the back of this refuge wagon, then nobody would have been any the wiser. I wonder if it is classified as green or grey bin waste?
