I have heard of "Flat Pack" but this is ridiculous!Answers on a post card please as to why this Car Park Barrier Access Reader Post should want a lie down.
Could it be for:-
a)The Stramlined Effect.
b)Less wind resistance
c)Not very tall users
d)Energy saving
As Traffic Barrier Installations go, I cant see this idea catching on.
